Useles video surveillance. I used the unit for 2 months. I felt that all was safe, until I moved out. Uhaul blankets $50, a bag with wii fit parts and kitchen Items were stolen from me. I asked the person over the phone about video to catch who did it. He said the cameras may have not recorded the event, and he was not able to help. Same guy that day, gave me details about the unit content that I didn't requested??? I had to pay the blankets, and was left feeling robbed, that anyone present that day may have done it and that this business lie about surveillance safety.
I previously rented a space for my mother-in-law. At that time, I was very impressed with how clean and convenient everything is. Now that I rented a space for myself, I can say that is still true. The hallways, storage units and loading/unloading area are all clean and well-lit. The staff explains everything and is very customer friendly.
Jeff at life storage is a incredible guy to work with, very smooth process, easy access, elevators are in building. Very secured location.
The place is clean and neat. It is nice to park in the loading dock for loading and unloading.
