I have been very happy with the service and care given. The staff has been friendly and efficient. Both vets that I have met have been very caring and informative. The facility is clean and it seems the wait time is faster than other vets I have been to.
I personally got great customer service and vet doctor service as well. There was a couple while waiting for service, that did not enjoy it and were so harsh. But in my opinion, I didn't wait long to get inside a room. And I have waited about 5 to 6 hours in a vet clinic. So this wasn't my first rodeo. Once I got inside a room, a doctor visited shortly. Check my cat properly (I've had a bad check up before). This doctor actually took her time and physically checked my cat to make sure everything was okay and to give the correct diagnosis. Once she gave her diagnosis, she gave me a couple of options since I was sort of on a budget and while I do love my cat, I couldn't afford $400 procedures. So the doctor was very reassuring and gave no judgment to my situation and by the end, I had hope my cat could recover the next day. The doctor also gave me a emergency contact number after office hours in case my cat got worst and to have more back up/doctors to help me in my situation was a delightful experience. Exactly what all clinics should be doing in order to make pet parents feel comfortable to their pet illnesses. I want to thank the staff for being there in my time of panicking over my cat and making sure she was alright. It was comforting.
A very nice & clean facility. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do their best to make your pets comfortable. I also like that they have current technology, blood work, x-ray, ct scan, etc.
We have been visiting these vets with the dogs for 12 years. One of our dogs is from their hosted adoption events. We have always had good experiences with the vets; they know the things to watch for in any specific breed. The techs have always been friendly even at the busiest times. The wait times can be long, but they have been worth it to us.
Very accommodating. Seem to genuinely care for peoples pets. Great compassion, and empathy and also great excitement for the new puppy or kitten.
